Join Jen Peterson and Julie Bibleheimer for a celebration of winter with a yin yoga class and learning about how to stay balanced and healthy during the winter months.
We'll share practices and information about balancing the Water element and Kidney and Bladder energy from an ancient Taoist perspective. Each participant will receive an acupuncture treatment to balance their Water element during an extended savasana, the final yoga pose.
