A strong, healthy back is a must for keeping your body moving fluidly throughout your life. It requires a dance of ease and effort both on the yoga mat, and in your heart and mind. These 6 classes will teach you the basics of healthy movement for the spine, how to address and prevent soreness and injury, and tips and techniques for moving on and off the mat with integrity and care for your whole being.
This series is suitable for all levels of practitioners who are interested in developing or deepening their yoga practice for longevity and life balance. $90 for 6 classes. Space is limited to 10 so pre-registration is required.
