Join Jen Peterson, RYT and Julie Bibleheimer, L.Ac. for an exploration of your Earth element. You will learn about healthy practices to stay emotionally, physically, and mentally balanced in the transition from summer to fall.
This 2 1/2 hour workshop includes a moving yoga practice, a short talk about the Earth element from a Taoist perspective, a guided meditation, ending with an acupuncture treatment during an extended Savasana, the final yoga pose.
