Join Jen Peterson, RYT and Julie Bibleheimer, L.Ac. for an exploration of your Wood element. You will learn about healthy practices to stay emotionally, physically, and mentally balanced in the transition from winter to spring.
This 2 1/2 hour workshop includes a moving yoga practice, a short talk about the Wood element from a Taoist perspective, a guided meditation, ending with an acupuncture treatment during an extended Savasana, the final yoga pose.
