In a private session, it's all about you!
When you work with me one-on-one, I can take the time to really understand you and your body and lead you through a practice that is specifically designed to meet your needs and to ensure maximum benefit. I can fully support you in each pose and offer therapeutic poses to help shift movement patterns to reduce chronic pain and boost healing from injury. I share tips and tools that you can use in a home practice as well.
For best results and maximum value, sign up for my Whole You 10 Session Yoga Package which offers one-on-one support, documented customized sequences with clear instruction and guidance, and recorded guided meditations that you can continue to use in a daily home practice.
Sessions are offered at my Bristol, Vermont yoga studio or your home. Private sessions can include up to two people.
Private group classes for more than 2 people can be arranged on an individual basis by contacting me directly.
