When you work with me one-to-one, I can take the time to really understand you and your body and lead you through a practice that is specifically designed to meet your needs and to ensure maximum benefit.  I can fully support you with therapeutic poses, breathwork, and meditation to help shift movement and thought patterns to reduce chronic pain, boost healing, and reduce anxiety and depression.  

Sessions can be held in person at my Vermont Yoga studio or virtually within the privacy of your home. In a private session, whether in person or virtual, everything is interactive. I will guide you through a series of customized poses, breathwork, and/or a personalized meditation with ongoing feedback and conversation throughout. I offer suggestions and assistance to ensure you maximize the opportunity to benefit from the practices. You will be able to ask me questions and receive take away materials for a home practice afterwards. Here are some helpful tips for setting yourself up for a home practice.
