Some may think it’s heresy to say so, but sleep is as important as exercise, if not more so. The long term affects of sleep deprivation are real and in our culture it is insidious. This virtual workshop will offer you knowledge and understanding about the importance of and functionality of sleep, exercises to determine what’s getting in the way of consistent sleep for you, and practices to encouraging more ease in falling and staying asleep.
