Beyond the Poses Series - The Layers of Our Being

If happiness and wellbeing are what we are after, we must know and honor and care for all layers of our being.

Join Elissa Cobb and Jen Peterson for a workshop that dives into understanding and living within our whole selves.

Rather than just the physical body there are 5 layers of self or being, that must be addressed for overall health to take place. We’ll use breathwork and meditation (and a few poses for good measure) to explore these layers within ourselves. This workshop is a great opportunity to deepen a practice of identifying and letting go of what holds us back and causes suffering.
