You will receive:
Teachings of movement, breathwork, chanting, meditation and journaling using the Pancamaya model of human dimensions to understand and begin to liberate ourselves from our conditioning.
A safe space and supportive community for shared and personal healing
Written copies of the practices after each class to use in home practice.
Audio recordings of the guided meditations and breath practices.
A one-hour private consultation with Jen Peterson, during or after the series.
